Return Policy for Parking & Transportation Services
Semester parking pass cancellations are refunded on a prorated basis.
- Refunds are only available during general sales periods. When general sales close each semester, cancellation and refunds will no longer be available. Please contact Parking and Transportation Services for more information on the last day to submit returns and cancellations each semester.
Refunds will not be issued for payments made on citations unless granted by an appeal.
