Work Order Requests

The online work order system is provided for the convenience of faculty and staff on the Auraria Campus to submit and track requests for non-emergency maintenance, repairs, and/or assistance from Facilities Services. 
 
The system allows you to:

  • Receive automated email updates
  • Track progress of a work order
  • Provide direct feedback about work performed to the trades director
  • Provide feedback by survey on the work request process

Requests are also accepted in writing, via email, or in person. Requests that CANNOT be accepted on the website because of required approvals include:  

  • Charge-back work orders
  • Key requests

Work Order Surveys

Facilities Services has initiated follow-up surveys after your work order is complete. Your feedback will help the Facilities Services team identify areas where improvements can be made, as well as highlight processes/procedures that should continue. 

Surveys will be sent via e-mail for every fifth online work order received. Individuals who fill out a survey will have an opportunity to win one of two $25 gift cards for Tivoli Station each month in 2016.

Your information will be kept private; customer responses will only be used by Facilities Services to inform decisions and processes.
