REPORTED OFFENSE:  On Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at approximately 12:30 p.m., a female CCD student reported to police that an unknown subject “reached for her” in an attempt to grab her as she exited a RTD light rail train at the Light Rail Station at 10th and Colfax.  The victim was confronted by the suspect who was sitting at the light rail station at the time. The suspect told the victim to “come with me” and reached to grab her arm. The victim immediately swatted his arm away and ran off. The victim was not physically harmed.
